Meet Dr. Kelley Brinsky

A woman in a white medical coat with a stethoscope around her neck, smiling, standing in front of a wooden shelf with medical books and models.

As an Osteopathic Physician, I believe the body is an interconnected whole-mind, body, and spirit-with the ability to heal itself.

My approach centers on empowering patients through education, preventative care, and strong, trusting relationships.

I earned by B.S. in Health Sciences from UC Santa Cruz and completed a Holistic Health Program focused on massage therapy and the mind-body connection.

This foundation led me to study medicine at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. I then went into a dual board-certified residency program in Grand Rapids, Michigan in Family Medicine and Neuromuscular Medicine (OMM).

After years of working within large healthcare systems I felt there were many barriers from focusing my best efforts towards caring for my patients, making positive change within the healthcare system, and being present for my family. The fast-paced, volume-driven environment left little room for the meaningful patient interactions that first inspired me to pursue medicine.

I chose to open my own practice providing Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Family Medicine to reclaim what I value most —
personalized, patient-centered care.

In this setting, I have the freedom to spend more time with each patient, focus on preventative care, and integrate OMM without the limitations imposed by corporate healthcare.

By stepping away from the constraints of large health systems and insurance companies, I can truly prioritize my patients’ well-being, build lasting relationships, and create a practice that aligns with my values - where quality of care always comes first.

Most importantly, this shift allows me to lead by example, finding the balance between caring for others and caring for my family.

Personal Philosophy

I believe that healthcare should be inclusive, compassionate, and accessible to all - regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, or background. Every patient deserves to be heard, respected, and treated with dignity. I am committed to providing equitable, high-quality care for the LGBTQ+ community and individuals from all walks of life, ensuring that every person feels safe and supported in their healthcare journey. My practice is built on the principles of equality, respect, and personalized care because everyone deserves a physician who truly listens and advocates for their well-being.
